By downloading, installing, or using BigPixture ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
BigPixture is a habit tracking application that lets you create charts, track progress with mosaics, participate in races and challenges with friends, and view your progress on leaderboards. The App stores data locally on your device and optionally syncs to the cloud when you create an account.
To use certain features (syncing, social features, races, leaderboards), you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including charts, habit data, and mosaic progress. By using social features (races, leaderboards, shared mosaics), you grant BigPixture a limited license to display your display name, progress data, and shared mosaic contributions to other participants.
The App offers an optional "Chart Pro" in-app purchase that unlocks premium utensils, templates, frames, and backgrounds. The purchase is a one-time, non-consumable transaction processed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. In-app purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. Promo codes may be offered at our discretion for promotional purposes; promo codes are non-transferable and subject to their individual terms.

The App, including its design, code, templates, artwork, and branding, is owned by BigPixture and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigPixture and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
