BigPixture Privacy Policy

Overview

BigPixture is a habit tracking application. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

• Account Information: Email address used to create your account and sign in.
• Habit Data: Charts, log entries, notes, and progress data you create within the app.
• Social Features: Display name, race participation, leaderboard entries, and shared mosaic data when you use social features.
• Purchase Information: Records of in-app purchases and promo code redemptions. We do not store payment card details — all payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
• Push Notifications: Device tokens for push notifications, if you opt in. Tokens are stored securely and used only to deliver notifications you have enabled.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and sync your habit tracking data across your devices.
• To enable social features such as races, leaderboards, and shared mosaics.
• To display your profile to friends and race participants.

Data Storage

Your data is stored locally on your device and synced to our cloud service (powered by Supabase) when you are signed in. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Cloud database and authentication. Supabase Privacy Policy
• Apple StoreKit: In-app purchase processing. Apple Privacy Policy

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your habit data is only visible to you unless you choose to participate in social features (races, leaderboards).

Tracking

BigPixture does not use any third-party analytics or advertising trackers. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

Data Retention & Account Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the Profile screen in the app. When you delete your account:

• Your authentication credentials are removed immediately
• All associated data (charts, mosaics, races, profile, friendships, leaderboard entries) is permanently deleted from our servers
• Local data on your device is cleared
• This action cannot be undone

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Delete your account and all data (via the app)
• Export your data

Children's Privacy

BigPixture is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
